Shipping Rates

 

US Orders

 

Standard shipping for orders under $50: Flat rate fee of $6.99

Standard shipping for orders $50+: FREE

Expedited shipping: Flat rate fee of $15

 

 

International Orders

 

Standard and expedited shipping rates are determined based on weight and location.

 

*All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be covered or reimbursed by us.

 

 

Shipping Times

 

Please allow up to 7-14 business days (does not include pre-orders) for the processing of your order before it is shipped, this includes orders with expedited shipping. Orders are shipped business days Monday-Friday which does not include weekends or holidays. 

 

Wrong Address

 

If you have entered the incorrect address at checkout, we cannot guarantee that any corrections can be made before your order is processed. Please contact us with your order # and corrected address and we will attempt to make the necessary changes.

 

If your package is sent back to us due to insufficient/incorrect/undeliverable address, payment for reshipment will be needed or a refund excluding shipping can be issued.

 

Missing Packages

 

Once your package has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for it. It is now the shipping carrier's responsibility to successfully deliver it to you.

 

If your package has been marked as delivered, but you have not actually received it, please allow 1-2 business days for it to appear. Although it is very common for mismarked packages to be delivered within the next few business days, please feel free to reach out to the shipping carrier directly for any additional information they may be able to offer on your package.

 

Returns/Refunds

 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds. All sales are final. If there is any type of issue with your order please email us/send photo evidence of your concerns and we will try our best to accommodate you.
