Operating Hours: Monday-Friday 9 AM-5 PM Pacific Standard Time. Please note we are not open on weekends and holidays.

We want you to get your order as fast as possible! Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days but please allow up to 5-10 business days for your order to be processed once it is recieved.

For pre-orders, processing times start the first day of expected shipping.

We understand accidents happen or you've changed your mind! Please contact us as soon as possible to let us know of any changes you would like to make and we will do our best to accomodate you if your order has not shipped yet.

If your order has not been processed or shipped we can update your address. Please reach out to us with your order number and corrected address and we will update your information. :)

Yes we do! Due to some Covid restrictions and related supply chain issues occurring globally, some countries have limited or restricted shipping capabilities. If there is a shipping issue with your country, we will notify you and cancel + refund your order.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.

If you received a defective/broken product, please reach out to us with a picture and explanation of the issue and we will do our best to help find a solution for you.
